Kelly Bradford - Fitness Fox London
Kelly has been working in East London as a personal trainer for 18 years and a pre/post natal exercise specialist for 6 years
Since setting up her company Fitness Fox London in 2015 she has solely dedicated her time to helping women feel both empowered and capable using tools such as strength exercises, mobility drills and deep core work

Rachel McDermott - Yoga and Wellness
Rachel is a yoga teacher & aromatherapist. Rachel is passionate about combining all her skills of yoga, aromatherapy and events and bring them together with special, curated retreats and classes in Aroma Yoga and deep rest. She has over 7 years experience teaching a wide range of yoga styles from Ashtanga Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, restorative and pre and postnatal yoga. Prior to teaching yoga, Rachel was an events director in London producing fashion shows and events across the globe. She loves bringing this experience to her work now by creating wellness events for all.
The Classes
Movement Class
A fusion of dynamic full body and mobility movements all aimed at both lengthening and strengthening the muscles and joints.
This class will increase your heart rate and make your body feel looser and more agile.
Aromatherapy Essentials
The Alchemy of Essential Oils- we will delve in to essential oils and aroma point technique, using a bespoke blend for the retreat. Rachel will guide you through aroma point application (a self administered practice which is very relaxing) and guide you in a meditation and yoga Nidra.
Restore and Release Class
Using a joint by joint approach this class is aimed at improving movement, freeing up space and range of each body part using CARS (controlled articular rotations) and active stretching exercises.
Yoga
The yoga sessions will be a deeply restorative Yin practice. Practicing in this way, we honour the cycles of nature but also the cycles within our own bodies. We will use essential oils for this practice as well. Used in this way, we are able to access a deeper level of connection and through the aromas we are able tap in to the limbic system of our brain where our memories and emotions are stored. The intention of the session will leave you feeling connected and restored. The class will be suitable for all levels of practice and those completely new to yoga.
